Canvas Collective Design provides web design and digital marketing services through a subscription-based model. All subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription term.

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you may request a refund by contacting our support team at info@canvascollectivedesign.cc. Refund requests will be reviewed and considered at the sole discretion of Canvas Collective Design.

Canvas Collective Design reserves the right to adjust pricing for our services or individual features at any time, with or without prior notice. Any pricing changes will apply to your next subscription billing cycle.

If your access to Canvas Collective Design services is terminated due to a violation of our terms or other valid reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining duration of your subscription.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspension, or discontinuation of our services or features, nor for any refunds except as explicitly outlined in this policy.
