Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription to Canvas Collective Design’s web design and marketing services at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription term.

If Canvas Collective Design terminates your access due to a violation of our terms or any other reason, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

Following cancellation or termination, your account and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please ensure you export any necessary data prior to cancellation, as we are not responsible for retained records post-termination.

Canvas Collective Design reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service, including specific features or functionality, at any time and without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any remaining portion of your subscription term.
